Hmmm I don't think they would have anything like that ready to go... I know
you can build a pulse generator with a 555 timer IC and a potentiometer
(plus a few other electronic parts)
I got one off eBay myself that has forward/reverse and ability to save a
speed - although I only hooked it up to make sure it works, not really sure
how the speed thing works on it but it's an idea
