I finally found some connector pinout info:

Ball Bros. Monitor Pinouts:

1 Horizontal Ground
2 One end of brightness pot
3 Other end of brightness pot
4 Wiper/Swinger of brightness pot
5 Arc Ground
6 Horizontal Drive
7 DC Power in 5"=>12V 9"=>15V
8 50 ohm video in
9 Vertical Drive
10 Vertical/Video Ground

Brigntness pot may already be on PC board
Don't know value required
