Chuck, I checked back through all my backup disks (earliest is 2002
era) but was not able to find any Camtronics information. I had (it
turns out) sold my board by then.
There are two pictures of the Camtronics board online:

and the L298 datasheet from STMicroelectronics (ironically their US
sales office is about 3 miles from my house) has a reference circuit
and PCB layout. Available probably most easily here:
