One of the things that we did think about is tool changes. Most of our designs use only 1 bit to make. It is a challenge to do this. Our other designs we try to limit two bits or 3 at the most. We are looking at methods of working around the quick change tools. I am looking for inexpensive solutions for this problem. We looked at ways to minimize like making more out of a sheet and other methods. Finding products that are simple and fast production times is a challenge that will sell. We are looking at ganged heads to speed up production along with other methods.
