After fighting with the instructions to load the Rasberry Pi 2 ISO build onto a SD card I finally achieved victory. There were two problem with the instructions for loading it. First one of the instructions require you to Run the CMD as the administrator. I could not find any way to run the cmd as administrator. I did some searching on win 10 on my PC but couldn't come up with anything. Finally I went to Google the problem and found a couple suggestions. It seems that Run as Administrator is disabled in the win 10 Preview. There were 3 methods to enable it but only the last one worked.
Second, now that I could run the cmd as the administrator I still could not get the flash commands to flash the SD card. It kept giving me error messages. After locating the log for the error messages-they were of no use. I had followed the instruction that tell you to copy the flash utility from win10 to the directory with the build. The problem was that win10 d/led the build file to the d/l directory. I had copied the flash utility there- it didn't work so I moved both file to c: and ran the cmd again to flash and this time it worked.
