Remember HSM also stands for high speed machining. ;-)

The (almost) most useful toolholder for my Cincinatti is a ER-20 collet chuck. IMO this is the place to spend money as it allows
one to go from 1/2" down; a most handy area. Tools, drills, taps, etc. all work. Pretty good for one device. Heat-treating is not
that hard (NPI) if you're interested contact me off list,.
