And don't neglect the Hardinge CNC chucker. Same miraculous super
precision headstock bearings and hard steel dovetail ways as the Toolroom
lathe, for low bucks. I bought one in almost pristine iron condition for
three grand on ebay, and I know of one in really good condition at a tool
dealer in CT for two. They mostly have Allen Bradley controls, mine had
one by GE which Matt Shaver is converting to EMC in good time.
