Yes, you are going to need an 8000 LB forklift. They weigh over 7000 pounds.
I have retrofitted several of these with the Machine Master control. With Z
on the knee as they are, they have a lot of travel but not a lot of speed on
the knee. Be sure that you lock the knee clamps before you turn off the
power.
