You can normal purchase COD as a counter sale with no problem. At the Denver
branch way oil is a stocked item.

P.S. ENCO is owned by MCS. They are run as separate entities and you can
often find the same item at both places with enco selling it for less. OTOH,
MCS carries 5 - 10 times as many items.
