Buy a gallon of synthetic way oil. It will last a long time.
Motor oil is a high speed oil and way oil is a low speed
oil. This means motor oil depends on speed to build the oil
barrier between the surfaces. If you try to use motor oil,
it will be squeezed out from between the two surfaces and
you will have little or no lube.
