You may be right about the .dxf file not having any "units" setting...but my Modela IS set for inches!

At any rate, I managed to get the two to work together, so MY problems are solved with the machine.

Now I just need about 400 more hours a week to get some of these projects done!

Sounds like you are using a .dxf and Rhino is taking the units as inches and
when you go back the Modela software is looking at the now inch units as mm.
I have run into this same problem when exchanging files between programs.
Not a bug in the software as such, but more a symptom that .dxf files are in
undescribed units that it is up to the receiving program to determine.
