you might be able to adapt some of the formulas used for
roller chain sprockets to work for toothed belts
after looking thru the Machinery's Handbook at the cuttter design
drawings/formulas and learning that you will need a diffrent cutter
for each range (number of teeth) the price for a foot of pulley stock
from SDP dosent look all that bad :-)
