I checked a bunch of catalogs and engineering books. Quite a few show the
tooth profile in question. It is always the tooth flank angles, the crest
width and the tooth spacing. I assume with this, you could generate an
accurate "rack" that would fit the belts. Now, as to how to size a pulley
blank, how to allow for shrinkage as teh belt is bent, I did not see any of
that. Perhaps the dimensions can be copied and interpolated from existing
parts or derived via trial and error.

What sizes are needed?
