And, that won't be good for the motor. But, what about the spindle
bearings? I suspect the side forces will be MUCH greater cuttting
aluminum, and may destroy the bearings very quickly. 8000 RPM
minimum would require you to use only very small cutting tools, which
might wear out very quickly. If you do this, you will need to have a very
high feed rate, something like several hundred inches/minute.
If you can't deliver the feed rate, you will melt aluminum, which will
destroy the tool bit immediately.
