I have just such a machine to retrofit. It is a bp clone with ballscrews
and setup
originally with a Anilam Crusader II control. The control is gone, but I have
operable servo motors, motor drivers, and linear scales all installed on
the mill.
The scales put out 5v quadrature and the driver/amps require +/- 10v to
control
direction and speed (standard setup for servos I think).
