Not this Toshiba laptop. It reboots to the same mode it was shut down in.
DOS>off(sleep)>on>DOS.
Win>off>on>Win (if you catch the menu, you can stop at DOS)exit/win to windows.
Dos program>off(sleep)>on>Dos Program.
Apparently there is only one way to truly shut it down: Quit Windows.
Am I missing a trick?
