Bob, you need:
kdebase-1.1.1-1rh5x.i386.rpm
kde-applications-1.1.1-1rh5x.i386.rpm
kdelibs-1.1.1-1rh5x.i386.rpm
kdesupport-1.1.1-1rh5x.i386.rpm
qt-1.42-3rh51.i386.rpm

And probably want:
kde-installer-1.1.1-1rh5x.i386.rpm

Put the files in your /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386 directory

Then if you want to do it the command line way
do:
cd /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386
rpm -Uvh qt*
rpm -Uvh kde-i*
cd /usr/doc/KDE-1.1.1

you are now in the directory that has the installation guides if you want to
open them and read what you are doing. To continue the install:
/usr/sbin/install-kde-1.1.1

Now just answer the questions as they come up and you will be all set.
