Hi Ian,
I appreciate the KISS rule, and agree that simpler is often times
better! One of my quests in machining and in software is to always
learn something each time I do a project. Yes, I'm actually looking
forward to a complex (for me) setup on the Sherline mill, with the
rotary table and the adjustable angle plate. I'm getting used to MDI
with Gcodes, although I might see if I can design the cuts in Vector
CAD/CAM, (substitute the table for the 'Y' axis), and cut it that way!
I can learn a lot from this project!
