I think someone pointed to this site not too long ago, but just in
case...

for a great site by Chris Heapy that covers a lot of things of
interest to home machinest. This is a new address as he has recently
moved his homepage.

He discusses home anodizing under the Workshop Techniques section.
I haven't personally tried any anodizing, but Chris seems to know
what he is talking about.
