I have an old Agfa e photo. I have had it for 3 or 4 years and find it
fine for web pictures. If you do them much larger than the 640x480 it
provides most people would never get them downloaded. I think any of the
older cameras of this resolution would be good choices for you. All the
pictures on my old web pages were taken with it and I still use it for such.
It gets months from cheap AA batteries. I would guess you could get one like
it probably a better version for less than $150. A lot less. Look at
