There is a nice little program that I just downloaded free
called "CIMCO Speed and feed UK" from
http://www.virtualmachinist.com/ It does all the math that
Jon just showed you but it does not tell you the acceptable
surface speed to run using a particular type of cutter on a
particular material and or coolant requirements. (if it does I
did not see it, but mind,,, I am operating at about 20% with
the flu right now)
