Ian,

I have tried a couple of times to update Xfree to the newer version and have
had no joy regardless of the method I try. In theory all you need are the
.rpm files, but I could never get them to install successfully. I also tried
compiling my own set of RPM files from the SRPM files and while I was able
to do it successfully for Netscape, Xfree always crashed in the compile
after about 1 hour.

If you figure out a way to get the update to take let me know as it is
suppose to support the stack of AGP cards I have sitting here.
