I don't use flood cooling...I just apply straight kerosene with a
brush...works great, doesn't make a big mess and gives me something to do
while the power feed is doing its thing. :) The kerosene both cools and
lubricates the tool. If I recall correctly from school the lube factor
helps keep any aluminum from sticking to the tool too.
