Also try the UK distributor of LPKF. They are a German mfr. of pcb

The 1.5 inch by 1/8 (or 38 x 3mm) carbide drill bits are available re-
sharpened from several sources, including Harbor Freight (in the US),
and new ones are available from nearly ALL machine shop supplu houses.
