Sorry left out the words "of controllers"

Just be sure whether your motor requires field supply, or if it is a PM
motor, and be sure controller has the same features. The better ones will
have:
Min speed,
Max speed,
IR comp, this is highly desirable, as it allows the controller to keep the
speed more constant as the load changes.
