I can only suggest that when there is a chat large enough to warrant it, or
contains some useful CNC stuff, we could just save and post them on here? I
don't think anyone wants to loose the archive ability of this list at all
but I suspect some people might have quite a lot of things they'd want to
ask and then ask questions about the answers. So for me, as an example, I
ask a question, then wait a day for the first answer and then I may have to
ask three or four more individual questions about the same thing in
different mails when it's an incredible simple and annoying thing for
everyone else to read about. An ICQ chat with someone who knew about it
would make it a half an hour thing. Maybe if we had a 'complex' problem we
could ask if someone would discuss it with us on ICQ then post the chat on
here for everyone to read if they feel the need. More to the point, we could
all use Swatch time and then there'd be no problems arranging them! I'm
working on my own version of time also, It'll be called.... hmm......
Spherical Time. One Spherical Triangle will be.... 128 Swatch minutes and 34
mini-circles. A 'day' will be ten point three squariods, which in turn would
be the root of 99 Spheres. Don't even ask about the do-decians! Pretty
simple I think.
