I guess what I was trying to say is that BobCad is made for the
professional and industrial user, therefore it is most likely going to
conform to those standards and commands used by the popular control
manufacturers and not for the EMC which seems to be, more or less, for the
hobbyist market, although it seems to be quite a powerful interpreter for
control applications. If the EMC does in fact support the G80, etc., canned
cycle code then BobCad should have no problem with it. If, on the other hand
it has it's own canned cycle codes, not particularly compatible with the
industry standards, then BobCad will probably not support it, at least not
easily.

I will take a look at the linuxcnc page since I am looking at the EMC
package as one of the possible interpreters for some retrofits.
