It's an American Precision Industries, known today as API Portescap,
decent stuff! Nothing on their web site, but I did notice it says on the
data plate: "impedance protected" Never saw that on a stepper motor
before. Might that have something to do with screwy readings?
I'm going to take it over to my dad's tomorrow and see what his meter
says.
Got a hot hot 911 job (as my customer refers to it) that requires the
4th axis up and working. I can get by with one of the smaller motors if
I have to. Nice this is that I get to write part of finishing this off
against a job!
