Jon,
No, it's (was) a stepper motor. I got a PDF file of the specs based on
the part number. Also took it apart, and have the rotor stuck to the
book shelf behind me. -Was- a nice triple stack motor. Rotor is highly
magnetized still, I might make a little roller magnetic pickup device
out of it.
