Had a peep at the photo of the RF31. Sure was good exercise for my
neck muscles.
I don't have a RF31 with me but the last time I looked, I was
wondering what will happen if I unscrew the "hexa-hole" bolt ( the @
in the diagram below ) on the X (and Y) axis handwheel base.

Are those bolt ( @ ) holding the lead-screw? Wonder if these bolts
can be removed and replaced with a longer bolt to hold the motor
mount or the "pulley plate"?
