AUGGGHHHH!!!

What I'd do is pony up the cash for a high end CAM package like
Mastercam or Powermill, and then just loft my shape and start cutting.

Seriously though, the willingness (and ability) of some of you guys to
reinvent the wheel is absolutely amazing.
You have my respect and my admiration for your ability to make mathematics
work for you, but doesn't your brain start to hurt after a while?? :)
