I hope this is not off-topic. The signs I have made are from extruded foam
which is very dense when the wire passes by it forms a bit of a skin on the
foam. I have not made signs and sealed and prepared them for outside use
yet. I would, however also be interested in the proccess as well. I know
that you could paint foam with any paint that is not solvent based.

Hi Coert,

When you make the letters for signs, how do you seal the foam and make them
smooth, or is this just for interrior lettering?
