I have that book. Need to find some high temperature elements for melting
aluminum though. I'm getting a ceramic kiln in July. Maybe I can use it
for aluminum melting too?
I also have a couple of small electric furnaces I bought for heat treating
knife blades and melting glass for enamel work. Maybe I'll try those for
use on REAL SMALL castings.
'Course ...as others have mentioned...LP is MUCH cheaper than electricity
and coal is even cheaper.
