Hi:
I built a 5C spindle years ago with Timken rollers directly on the
spindle in front and a needle roller-thrust combination in rear.
Turned into a pig's breakfast, so I ripped it apart and went for a pair of
angular contacts.
Much better design, way cheaper and better performance too.
