Yes, Timken bearing may be run at 5000 RPM. However, the basic load rating
of the bearings as well as the bearing life would be reduced accordingly.
Based on the info in the Timken catalog I have, running the bearings at 5000
RPM would reduce the dyanamic load rating by 50%.
Actual life of the bearing will depend on the size bearing used as the life
factor for every bearing combination is different.
