BDI Steppermod gives following errors

I have a new problem that just started this morning. I have been happily
running the BDI EMC setup, with the patch that came out a couple of weeks
ago applied. Everything has been working just fine until this morning. I
brought EMC up. every thing was kul then on the next time I started it every
time I try to move any axis I get an error box popped up saying I have a
following error. I changed nothing, what is causing this and how do I fix
it?
