R8 Snap Change

Does anyone know how an "R8 Snap Change" quick change system works?
this system uses basically a stub end of an R8 taper as a tool holder.
I have never seen one before. I have one on a bridgeport but I don't
see how it works. There doesn't seem to be any inlet for compressed
air, although the system resembles a power drawbar.
Any help is appreciated
