Basically you figure out what your GCode interpreter
program wants, and wire it that way. Then make sure
the polarity is correct (ie say the switches become open
at home, instead of closed at home). They are all fairly
similar, but have their peculiarities.

Check the GCode interpreter software sites for specifics.
