Dear friends,
What about a Web site for machining and machine repairs?
I remember the site www.lathes.co.uk where you find
a lot of very good documentation.
Ballendo once said he would start to write a book on
controls. Myself I was playing with the idea of a repair book,
but I find that a book gets too fast outdated and doesn't permit
fast sketches that you work out according to incoming comments.
So I would love to start a web page. It spins in my head for a long
time. Only point I have not even a clue of web page design.
And NEVER I will do it with my actual local server company.
My attempts with people like Yahoo, Netscape and two others took
a lot of online time with inflexible software.
The results were so dull, and looked all so bad that I took them
off line extremely fast.
A proposal to make a site of this nature with the whole group
didn't get any reaction.
Now I think about to do it on my own.
Can somebody give me recommendations for:
- a Host that gives support and has good service.
- a easy to learn and versatile Web page design software
- and a page designer who would be able to help me out in
the beginning and at least in 2 of the 3 languages. Spanish, English and
German.
Thank you for any comment
