routing plexiglass/acrylic

Thanks for all the input everyone
Sounds like I will be OK on my cnc doing the following
vac hold down sheet
spindle @ 18-24000
single flute O bit 1/4dia
feed speed twixt 150-400ipm
make sure all arcs are g02/03 not g1 segments
keep wishing I could use constant contour in CNCPro!

[no offense Doug,this is one job where it would be REALLY handy]
