Use a "logic probe" and turn the shaft with your fingers, and observe! Maybe
TWO logic-probes, so you can "see" quadrature, if any. Maybe just a pair of
tiny 5 mA LED's and 1K resistors would do. Know what a "breadboard"
is?????????
