Another thing to note about built-in-video cards... generally speaking, they
use system memory... this is to say that the quoted 16mb (for example) of
video capability is using 16mb of your 128mb (for example) of RAM, leaving
you with 112mb for the OS and processing...

If you want EMC, you'd better make sure it is Linux compatible. (The
latest kernels are much better in this regard, they can handle almost
any hardware.) Built in video is not flexible. If you don't like that
particular video card, you may have to replace the whole computer.
(You may be able to disable it, but then you are 'throwing away'
something you paid for.)
