I'll look them up for more studying. I hadn't come across them, but
then I learn something every time I go through the documents!

If these are "3D circular interpolation", then is it correct to call
G02/G03 "2D circular interpolation"?

By "controls", I suspect you mean the more "commercial" machines, not
the external PC controllers us hobbyists use?
