Hi John,

The belts I have are marked ISORAN and look like the ones on P95 of the
current catalogue - trapezoid form teeth. It is possible that the pulleys
were cut with a form tool but when I took 'em apart and laid a 2mm drill in
the spaces, I couldn't see any gap around it under 50x magnification - so I
made my pulleys by drilling holes and cutting a chunk away. I also noticed
that the edge finish on the commercial pulleys was a bit variable which is
why I assumed they had probably been barrelled to break the sharp corners. I
may be wrong but it seems to work - I'm not saying, of course, that the
technique will necessarily scale up well but it certainly seems to work with
the 2.5mm pitch belts I have.
