Which tooth profile are you referring to? Is this one of the newer
profiles, or more like the old XL pitch I (and I think Bill) are looking
for?

P.S. I did make 1/4" chain pulleys this way for a LARGE robot body
rotator!
P.P.S. 20 lb., that's a HEAVY gear!
