I don't know although I did buy them direct from their place and watched
while the fellow looked them up on his computer. When I saw how the pulleys
were made I was delighted - I wasn't looking forward to making the form tool
and setting it up accurately on that fairly small size. I suppose that using
a round bottomed slot provides relief at the bottom while allowing for a
close drive on the flanks with good contact on the top of the 'teeth'.
Making the pulleys was easy as I just had to put a couple of 2mm drills in
the slots on opposite sides of the pulley and measure across them - subtract
2mm and I had the hole circle diameter, then measure the actual OD to know
what to turn it back to.
If these pulleys are more suited to HTD belts only, perhaps it would be
useful for people making their own machines to consider using thas type of
belt.
