Unfortunately, the newest viruses seem to have got wise to this one. Such a
system worked on earlier vuruses which emailed out to all your address book
contacts in sequence but the recent ones don't do that - they just pick some
addresses at random. If they happen to pick the !0000 you would know but
look at the number of addresses on your machine and work out the odds of
them doing so. I guess what is really needed is a good and foolproof way of
tracing viruses back to their source so we can all then spam their
creators!!
