Just spent 1/2 hour on the phone to John today, the main guy who
writes the program, once he's got the new turning module out on
general release he's going to put three extra things I've asked for
into the CAM system.
No bad what? As a mere user try talking to any other product's chief
programmer.
Saw a preview of the turning module at the weekend, not into lathes
much but I was impressed. There are features in this that aren't even
in Mastercam module 2. In fact the turning module alone is on par
with a lot of the middle to top end programs costing around $10,000
