  YOU'RE not making it up, but HE is.  It is a meaningless statement.
I think he is trying to talk about cumulative roundoff error, but
that is
not what is happening here. It is a plain motion planning bug in
CNCPro
that your specific program has uncovered. DOS has NOTHING to do
with it,
as DOS is almost completely out of the picture with this sort of
software,
and
DOS doesn't handle the numerical computations. There is a
possibility of
a bad memory location, so running one of the memory testing programs
might be a good idea, too.

It happens with two separate computers! new one is
900athalon,256meg etc.
It happens every time with a gcode file generated from this
particular drawing,I have re "nc"ed it several times searched for
all Z moves to be correct.
It does NOT happen if I turn on constant contour[velocity]
It isn't a big deal but a HUGE curiosity to me as until I hooked up
to this 900mhz I could not use CC.
I have saved the Gcode file to disk ,tackle another time.
