Carl,
I use CNCPro on a large machine and would really appreciate it if you
could send the gcode along with a description of the problem to Doug
at Yeager automation. ( http://www.yeagerautomation.com )
It does sound like a CNCPro bug and I would hate to have the same
thing happen to me while milling aluminum with a 1" end mill. It
could be painful or dangerous. Doug is usually very responsive.

PS. If you turn off the update display with position you can constant
contour with a much slower PC.
